Christine is an experienced healthcare professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since qualifying as a nurse in 1988, She has dedicated the majority of her career to elderly care, working across a variety of settings including residential homes, hospitals, and community services. She has also worked in other specialities such as colorectal surgery and rehabilitation care.
With extensive experience in both hands-on nursing and leadership roles, Christine has developed a strong understanding of the complex needs of older adults, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and long-term health conditions. A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care has been a constant focus throughout her career.
As a Registered Manager, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge in clinical practice, safeguarding, staff development, and care planning. She is passionate about supporting individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes. Christine is dedicated to creating a culture of compassion, respect, and professionalism within the team, ensuring that the service not only meets but exceeds the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
